Overview & Commitment

Purpose of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FxLume Ltd. ("FxLume," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit fxlume.com, create an account, purchase evaluations, use our dashboard, or interact with our communications (collectively, the "Services").

Relationship to Terms

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. By using FxLume, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact support@fxlume.com regarding data deletion requests.

Our Privacy Promise

FxLume does not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers. We collect only what is necessary to operate a secure, compliant evaluation platform and to deliver the experience you expect from a premium trading challenge provider.

02

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you register, purchase a challenge, submit KYC documents, request payouts, or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, billing details, government-issued identification, proof of address, payout wallet or bank information, referral codes, and any messages you send to our team.

Trading & Account Activity

To operate evaluations fairly, we collect trading history, balance and equity data, drawdown metrics, rule compliance records, platform login timestamps, challenge status, order references, payout requests, and credential delivery logs associated with your FxLume account.

Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referral URLs, session duration, and error diagnostics. This helps us secure the platform, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

03

How We Use Your Data

Delivering the Services

We use your information to create and manage accounts, process orders, provision evaluation access, monitor rule compliance, calculate eligibility for program progression, deliver credentials, process performance rewards, and respond to support requests.

Compliance & Fraud Prevention

We process data to satisfy KYC/AML obligations, detect duplicate accounts, investigate prohibited trading behavior, prevent chargeback fraud, enforce our Terms, and respond to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.

Platform Improvement

Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us refine program design, improve dashboard UX, optimize checkout flows, and maintain infrastructure reliability. We do not use individual trading data for public marketing without your explicit consent.

Communications

We send transactional emails such as order confirmations, credential delivery, verification codes, payout updates, and security alerts. With your consent where required, we may send educational content or promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting essential service messages.

04

Sharing & Disclosure

We Do Not Sell Personal Data

FxLume does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for third-party marketing purposes.

Trusted Service Providers

We share limited data with vetted processors that help us operate the platform, including cloud hosting and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payment processors (including Stripe and cryptocurrency payment gateways where enabled), identity verification partners, and analytics providers configured with privacy safeguards. These partners may use your data only to perform services for FxLume under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Legal & Business Events

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect FxLume's rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. In such cases, we will notify you where legally permitted and require recipients to honor this Policy.

05

Security & Retention

Security Measures

FxLume applies industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, secure authentication, hashed credentials, and monitored infrastructure. No online system is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations. KYC records and financial transaction logs may be retained for extended periods as required by applicable AML and record-keeping laws. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it using secure methods.

Breach Notification

If a data breach poses a meaningful risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities without undue delay, consistent with applicable law, and describe remedial steps taken.

06

International Transfers

Global Operations

FxLume serves traders internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Safeguards

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and we require processors to maintain comparable security standards regardless of location.

07

Your Privacy Rights

Access & Correction

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by emailing support@fxlume.com from your registered email address. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

Deletion & Restriction

You may request deletion or restriction of processing where applicable law provides such rights. Deletion may require closing your FxLume account and forfeiting active evaluations. We may retain certain records where legally required.

GDPR (EEA & UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights including data portability, objection to certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within applicable statutory timeframes.

CCPA (California)

California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. FxLume does not sell personal information. Submit requests to support@fxlume.com.
