When you register, purchase a challenge, submit KYC documents, request payouts, or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, billing details, government-issued identification, proof of address, payout wallet or bank information, referral codes, and any messages you send to our team.
Trading & Account Activity
To operate evaluations fairly, we collect trading history, balance and equity data, drawdown metrics, rule compliance records, platform login timestamps, challenge status, order references, payout requests, and credential delivery logs associated with your FxLume account.
Automatically Collected Data
We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referral URLs, session duration, and error diagnostics. This helps us secure the platform, prevent fraud, and improve performance.
How We Use Your Data
Delivering the Services
We use your information to create and manage accounts, process orders, provision evaluation access, monitor rule compliance, calculate eligibility for program progression, deliver credentials, process performance rewards, and respond to support requests.
Compliance & Fraud Prevention

KYC records and financial transaction logs may be retained for extended periods as required by applicable AML and record-keeping laws. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights including data portability, objection to certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within applicable statutory timeframes.
CCPA (California)
